  • KK’s approach will be personalized to your growth as a clinician, allowing you space to discuss complex cases and receive feedback on clinical challenges. With her ability to call on various therapeutic modalities, you can expect her to guide you in considering what may be the best resource or technique for your clients’ needs.

She offers a safe and confidential space for clinicians to reflect on their practice, receive feedback and support, and develop new strategies for working with clients.

  • Our supervision services are designed to help support clinicians:
    • Enhance their clinical skills and knowledge in areas such as trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices.
    • Develop their self-awareness and emotional intelligence to better understand their own reactions and responses to client situations.
    • Improve their ability to build strong and trusting relationships with clients, while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
    • Navigate complex ethical and legal issues in clinical practice, and stay up-to-date with the latest ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
    • Manage work-related stress and burnout, and promote their own self-care and well-being.

  • KK provides both individual and group supervision services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each clinician.

KK uses a systemic approach; meaning she looks at individuals within the context of their environment, relationships, and broader societal factors. This lens can support you to think holistically about clients and how different systems (family, work, society) affect their mental health.

These services are available to a range of professionals, including student social workers, early career social workers, accredited mental health social workers, social workers seeking AMHSW accreditation, and case managers.

  • CBT, ACT, DBT Principles, Good Psychiatric Management, Schema Therapy Principles, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Therapy.

  • Neurodiversity, Eating Disorders, Anxiety Disorders including phobias and panic, Trauma, Adjustment Difficulties, Stress, Coping Skills, Life Transitions, Personal Development, Self Esteem, Body Image, Perfectionism, and Self Development.

  • KK has expertise in working with individuals, couples, and families who are facing a range of mental health concerns, including interpersonal issues and complex mental health conditions.

Alongside more than a decade of practice experience, KK has completed her Supervising Social Work and Human Service Students accreditation at Charles Sturt University back in 2018, and the Bouverie Centre’s Group Reflective Practice through La Trobe University, ensuring her approach is current, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of practitioners.
